Behind the Image

The Baltimore Beacon is one of West Cork’s most famous structures indicating safe passage. While making use of the stunning evening light while capturing aerial shots of this location, I waited for the sun to begin its dip below the horizon as the last of its light captured the peaks of the rugged cliffs. Still one of my most favourite images as the pastel tones of the summer’s skies linger behind the dramatic cliffs in the foreground.
