Behind the Image

On an early spring morning, I ventured towards the coastline with the intention to capture a long exposure as the sun rose over the ocean. However, the forecast proved to be not as accurate as usual but I was greeted with a dense covering of fog as it lingered over the shoreline. The stillness of the lapping ocean was such a tranquil experience, not a mere sound of humanity and as I looked further into the distance, the horizon between ocean and sky merged as one in this incredible calming beryl hue.
